At Clinpath our Patient Services team are our frontline support team. This team manages all incoming calls to support results, bookings and general enquiries, representing our brand and image to the local market.
In this role you will work in a dynamic team focused on patient care and service excellence and will work in a modern office environment based at Mile End.
With hours ranging from 7am to midnight Monday to Saturday we can provide you with flexible work hours and days of work and we provide full on the job training and support.

Duties:
- Responsible for answering enquiries and schedule bookings from medical professionals and patients for pathology specimen collection services at Clinpath Collection Centres, domiciliary visits and hospital visits;
- Administrative tasks relating to laboratories results management, patient bookings and collections/appointments management;
- Telephone management - provide a positive first impression and experience to all internal and external client enquiries and apply first call resolution where applicable; and
- Provide medical practitioners with pathology results.
Applicants should possess the following:
- A passion to learn and develop;
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills;
- Experience in a health and/or medical industry with medical terminology experience (highly regarded);
- A polished and professional telephone manner with excellent verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible work environment with the ability to prioritise;
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team;
- The ability to be an active listener;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- High level of confidentiality;
- The ability to work calmly under pressure;
- Computer competency including the willingness to learn new systems; and
- Provide a National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
